Q. Who do I call if I want to burn trash or want to have a fire in my fire pit?

Q: Who do I call if there is a problem with the water system or if I spot a leak?

Q: Who do I call if I want to build or re-model and need my plans approved by the association?

Q: I am building a septic system, who do I call to get a letter stating I have a connection to the water system?

Q: I do not have a lateral to my property, how do I get one and how much does it cost?
A: Call the Special Service District Manager, Randy Cagle (702) 690-5501 or E-Mail: cagle251@gmail.com . The cost is $1200 and is installed by a contractor hired by the Special Service District. This cost includes the lateral and valve to the property line. If hoe ramming is required because of rock, the additional expense shall be paid by the homeowner to the contractor.

Q: I already have a water lateral to my property line.  Do I need to call the Special Service District to connect to the line?

The fee to connect to the line is $100 and covers the cost of inspection by the District.

Q: I need Power, Telephone and Propane to my lot, who do I call?
A: For Power call Rocky Mountain Power Customer service 1-888-221-7070  or to Report a power outage 1-877-508-5088 .

For Telephone or Internet call South Central Communications - (435) 867-8616 or dial 611 if in Utah.

For Propane call  Amerigas (435) 676-8180  or Garkane (435) 735-4280 or Blackburn Propane (435) 586-8931 The cost of these installations
must be paid by the homeowner.

Q: Who do I call regarding payment of my yearly associations fees?

Note: We use the billing address you have on file at the Garfield County Clerks office. If you move or need to change your billing address it is your responsibility to inform the association treasure.

Q: When are my yearly assessments due?
A: You will be billed in January of each year. You will receive one combined statement showing the $200 Homeowners Association Fee and the $600 Special Service District Fee for a total of $800.00.

Q: Who is responsible for snow plowing of the associations roads?

Plowing begins when there is at least 4" on the roads.

Q: What are the responsibilities of the Special Service District?
A: The Special Service District is responsible for the "Water System" and the "Snow Plowing".
