Procedures for Yearly Snow Removal of Driveways
The snow season begins on October 1st and ends at the end of March.
Snow Plowing will be billed at $100.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments for those owners who elect recurring snow removal. This means the least you could be billed per snow removal would be $25.00. Special request for plowing will be billed at flat rate of $150.00 and up depending on current conditions. Special requests should be submitted 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Call Jim Moore at 435-705-3961 to schedule.
Property owners are responsible for clearly marking the driveway and any obstructions such as drain lines, wells, any equipment, outdoor decorations as well as driveway edges with posts being at least 4 foot tall and visible in the snow. Every attempt should be made to remove all obstacles which may hinder services being provided. This includes large rocks.
Description of work:
Initial Clearing begins with the first 4 inches of snowfall that accumulates. Maintenance includes: Plowing of the driveway during daylight hours. This is at the discretion of the operator or its representative as some maintenance may be performed at night. Chains or Gates, when involving routine service, must be left open or owner/occupant must provide key/codes or keys for access during the service season. The operator or its representative will attempt to plow as close as possible to structures and garage doors but no closer than three feet.
For those owners who want recurring snow removal call Jim Moore at 435-705-3961.
Note:
Clearing of the association roads takes precedence over the clearing of driveways.
